- team to include industry relevant P&L responsibility experience in company with sales >10 million.
- competing on the basis of value provided to customers, not price.
- knowledge platform with multiple applications.
- scalability in global markets.
- recurring revenue business model.
- targeting gross margin >50% and operating margin >10%.
- targeting trade buyer from the outset.
- fast to profit ie breakeven with annual sales <3 million.
- corporate development via bolt on acquisitions and/or corporate venturing.
